Return Policy

Product Warranties:  All products are brand new with full manufacturer's warranty. Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Returning Merchandise:  Before returning any item please call (816) 781-9026 or e-mail us at huntfishpro@hotmail.com. We will refund your money as long as the merchandise shows no sign of wear or abuse. We will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for the item to be returned. NO returns on closeout items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Please Note: We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on ammunition.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:  All items received damaged must be reported within 2 business days by calling (816) 781-9026 or e-mail us at huntfishpro@hotmail.com. We must have original box with tracking label attached for a UPS claim. Always inspect and test your equipment immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away. Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement of repair.

Free Shipping Conditions:  All items offered as Free Shipping is subject to change.  Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.  Please refer to the Returning Merchandise policy above if you are returning an item that originally included free shipping.
